This policy explains what information Focus Fox ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or buy one of our printable products, and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you buy: payments are processed by Hotmart. Hotmart collects your payment details; we never see or store your card number. Hotmart shares with us your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can deliver your files and answer questions.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you write to us.
• When you browse: this site may use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, to measure which ads bring visitors and purchases. It can set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, the device and browser you use, and actions like starting a checkout.

Downloading the free sample does not ask for any personal information.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase, process refunds and answer your messages.
• To measure and improve our ads and this website.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to Focus Fox.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the store: Hotmart (payments and delivery), Meta (ad measurement) and our website and email providers. Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

Focus Fox products are made for children to use with an adult, but this website and our store are meant for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@focusfoxkids.com.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor them when you contact us.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds and legal or tax requirements, and then delete them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
