These terms apply when you use this website or buy a Focus Fox printable product. By buying or downloading our files, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Focus Fox products are digital PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. After your payment is approved, Hotmart emails you a link to download your files. Please check that you can open PDF files and print on US Letter or A4 paper.

Payments

Payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the reseller for these products. Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments: there is no subscription and nothing renews. Your bank may add its own fees for international or currency conversion charges.

How you can use the files

• You may print the pages as many times as you like for the children in your own home.
• You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the files or printed copies, in whole or in part, or use them in a product of your own.
• Teachers, tutors and therapists who want to use the pages with students should email us first.

Ownership

All pages, characters (Finn the Fox, Ollie the Owl, Hoppy the Frog and Bella the Bunny), text and designs belong to Focus Fox and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a personal license to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership.

Educational use only

Focus Fox is a set of educational activities. It is not a medical, therapeutic or diagnostic product, and it does not treat, cure or prevent any condition. Results vary from child to child. If you have concerns about your child's attention, learning or development, talk to their pediatrician or teacher.

Activities are meant to be done with adult supervision. Crayons, markers and other supplies should be appropriate for your child's age.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to make our files accurate and useful, but they are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Focus Fox is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one posted on the day you bought.
