7-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don't need to explain why.

How to ask for a refund

• Email hello@focusfoxkids.com with the email address you used to buy, or
• Request it directly from your purchase page on Hotmart, using the link in your receipt email.

What happens next

Hotmart processes the refund to the same payment method you used. Once it is approved, the time it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer, usually from a few days up to one or two billing cycles.

After a refund, your access to the download is removed. We kindly ask that you delete the files you downloaded.

After 7 days

Because the product is a digital download, we can't offer refunds after the 7-day window. If something is wrong with a file, for example it won't open or a page is missing, email us at any time and we'll fix it or send it again.
